HILL - Chesterford Meadows - Great Chesterford, Cambridgeshire
This is a great looking scheme for Hill Residential that consists of 66 houses and 10 apartments. The scheme is traditional build brick and block. The sales suite has launched and the project is due to complete early 2024.
L&Q - Beauchamp Park, Gallows Hill West, Warwick
We started this scheme early in 2023 and it’s due to complete in 2024. It is a timber frame scheme and consists of 118 units. There is a combination of 2 & 3 storey units.
ROOFF - Malmesbury Terrace, Canning Town, London
This is a block of apartments in London that we started in early 2022. We finished our works early in 2023. The block consists of 15 apartments on a former garage site. This is an in-situ frame construction. The project was handed over and occupied in late 2023.
DEACY - Stock, Nr. Billericay, Essex
This is a large one off house built in the gorgeous village of Stock in Essex. This is a new build and refurb project that features flemish bond brickwork and a combination of timber frame and traditional build. It started early 2023 and is due to complete in 2024.
HILL - The Hawthorns, Sawston, Cambridgeshire
This was a traditional build scheme for Hill Residential. We started in early 2020 and completed late 2022. It’s a great looking scheme in a nice part of Cambridgeshire. It consists of 158 units – 71 of which were apartments.
L&Q - Hoopers Green, Loves Farm, StNeots
This is a small residential scheme that cosists of 41 units (12 of which are apartments), built from timber frame construction. We started early 2022 and are due to complete in August 2023.
AITCH - White Post Lane, Hackney Wick & Fish Island, London
This was a multi-phase scheme consisting of 99 apartments and 4 town houses. Most of the scheme was multi-storey in-situ concrete frame construction. This project was worth circa £3m on a labour only basis. This scheme completed in 2019.
HILL - Trinity Gate, Clerk Maxwell Road, Cambridge
This was a small traditional build contract that consisted of 21 houses and 14 apartments. The job started late in 2021 and we completed on site early in 2023.
L&Q - Saxon Gate, Glebe Farm, Milton Keynes
We completed two separate phases on this scheme for L&Q. 225 units over the 2 phases. All units were timber frame. This project is now complete and occupied.
