AES are delighted to confirm that in February 2023 we secured our first scheme with Deacy Construction. The project is a one off large house for a private client that is being developed and re-built in Stock, Essex. Stock is a lovely village and the house is being built with lots of features so that it is in keeping with the local area. The brickwork is flemish bond and the construction is both traditional brick and block and also timber frame. It’s a short programme so we are likely to be finished with our package in early July.
